Most personal-auto and small-commercial policies bind same-day. Trucking and contractor lines depend on the underwriting questions but rarely take more than 24 to 48 hours.
Do you handle claims?
Yes. We coordinate the claim with your carrier, walk you through the adjuster process, and follow up to make sure the claim moves. The carrier pays the claim — we do the legwork.
Can I drop in without an appointment?
You can, but the office is small and the agents are usually on the phone. An appointment guarantees a desk and a coffee.
