About CY Financial Solutions

CY Financial Solutions Inc is a family-run, husband-and-wife independent insurance agency, incorporated in Pennsylvania in 2018 (PA Department of State entity #6774808). We are an independent broker — when a client asks for a quote, we shop the multiple carriers in our panel and bring back the actual options that fit. We are not a captive agency for any single carrier and we do not sell leads to anyone. Don't take our word for it — read what clients say on Google.

Why we went independent

Lionel first got licensed in 1997, writing policies for Travelers. Over the years the captive model became the problem: one carrier's appetite decided who he could help, and as that carrier moved upmarket toward preferred risks, drivers with a ticket, a lapse, or a claim on their record were increasingly turned away. Going independent in 2018 was the answer — with a full panel of carriers, there is almost always a real market for the client in front of us, including the ones a captive agent has to decline.

Linda got licensed in 2019, driven by watching the cost of car and homeowners insurance strain family budgets — helping people out of that squeeze is the part of the work she cares about most. The two of them — married for over 22 years — are the entire team you will ever deal with.

How we work

The agency runs out of one office at 321 S. Valley Forge Rd, Devon, PA 19333, with the same licensed Pennsylvania agents handling new business, renewals, policy edits, and claim calls. There is no call-center hand-off. Same person who quoted your policy answers when you call about it.

The phones open seven days a week from 9 AM to 7 PM ET, including weekends, including the day after a wreck.

Most of the households and businesses we insure sit within roughly 50 miles of the Devon office — the seven-county Southeastern Pennsylvania footprint we quote street by street — though the agency license covers the entire state.

When you call or start a quote, you talk to a licensed Pennsylvania producer — not a call center.

Pennsylvania across the board. Our heaviest concentration is the Greater Philadelphia metro corridor — Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, Bucks, and Philadelphia counties — but we write through the Lehigh Valley, the Susquehanna Valley, the Pittsburgh metro, and the smaller towns in between.
