Our commitment
CY Financial Solutions is committed to making cyfinancialsolutions.com usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim for conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
What we do
- Design pages with sufficient color contrast (4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for large text).
- Make all interactive elements reachable and operable with a keyboard.
- Add descriptive alt text to meaningful images and empty alt to decorative ones.
- Use semantic HTML (proper headings, landmarks, lists) so screen readers can navigate the page.
- Keep buttons and tap targets at least 44 by 44 pixels on mobile.
- Avoid keyboard traps, autoplay video, and content that flashes more than three times per second.
Where we may fall short
Some parts of the site rely on third-party content (carrier logos, embedded maps) that we don’t fully control. We test the site regularly with automated and manual tools, but we don’t claim perfect accessibility on every page at every moment.
